Obedience

This quote to me means that if you listen to what people tell you, and if you obey to what they say (in a positive way) you will be more trusting and would have gain confidence from others around you. For example, if a kid ask his mom for permission to go out, she says yes if he does his chores, but later she sees that he didn't do any chores, of course she won't let him go out he already had lost that ticket of freedom she was going to give him all because he disobeyed.
