This quote is stating that kindness is one of the things that can give you a great advantage in life. No matter how mean or disgraceful someone is in life you just have to be nice and in return you get much more in return.

This quote by Marcus Aurelius is saying to not say false statements and to not do wrong.

       What this quote means to me is that don lie to yourself. If you know that it is wrong don’t do it. It’s that simple don’t do it. An example of this quote is that lets say that you and your friend were walking home talking about what college you wanted to go. Then you see a group of boys smoking pot. Then they ask you if want you to do drugs, but you don’t want to. You friend tells you not to do it but you say “I always wanted to try it.” You have this peer pressure telling you to say yes. But in reality they don’t care about you. They don’t care if you die doing drugs or you get caught with their drugs. You say yes then your friend gets mad and leaves walking to her house running, crying. Right in the moment when you say yes you feel this remorse. Well, you get to the trap house, and you are there having the time of your live smoking weed, and drinking. You hear a car beeping. It was your friend telling you to get in the car that she asked your mom if you sleep over and she said yes. You are cross faded so you say yes. When you get home you mom sees you. All dizzy. The next day you have a killer head ache. Then you say “I’m never doing that again” All of this is part of being a ctr person. If you are a ctr person you would’ve never gone with the guys to do drugs.

This quote by Mr. Stone is stating that in order to live life with integrity you're supposed to do whats right and stand up to bad choices. Life sometimes is hard because as you get older you try to fit in with the people who you think are the "Cool Crew" and because of that you try to do things that you think will impress them. To live with integrity is to live well. Doing whats right at the end will give you joy and happiness. Even if in the past you have chosen the wrong or were someone who you didn't want to be there is always time to embark your self to a better opening.

Veterans Day

Veterans day is the day that we salute and honor our great fighters who risked their life fighting in "The Great War" a.k.a World War 1. Many fighters gave their life in the war to end all wars. Veterans day is celebrated on November 11, and is one of the days where we take the time to remember those who fought the fight to end all fights. It is very important to show so much honor to all the soldiers because if it weren't for them life as we know it wouldn't be the same. Its because of them that their hasnt been a World War 2.

Here are some ways you can show support to Veterans on the day of November 11.

• Attend Veterans day events
• hang a flag in your yard
• Take flowers to a Veterans memorial
• Thank Veterans with simple gestures
• Say a silent prayer to those who passed and to those now serving
• Observe a moment of silence with family and friends
• Visit a homeless Veteran and take dinner to them
• Teach people about this day

Reflection:   This quote to me means that all the people that choose the right should be rewarded and those that don't are just making them self look foolish. It is like the golden rule you want to be rewarded do the right if you do the wrong you will not be rewarded with something good. You might be sent to jail, killed, and maybe not even making it in school and not getting a job.For example if you choose the right you maybe are a person that doesn't drink or does and tries hard in school. And an example for choosing the wrong is maybe they get seen drinking and driving you get a bad reward maybe like a ticket or jail time.I want to be a person who is successful in life and i can do that by doing some east steps like choosing good friends, not doing drugs or drinking, and even trying my best in school to make my life great. You only live once. Parents are a key to this because they always push you to do the right and go to college.If your a fool that doesn't try in life you will slowly get people to know you as a bad person then they will give you a bad name. This quote doesn't mean you really need to walk with good people you can just be alone and still make it.

Reflection:
This quote is stating that doing good is the best thing you can recreate. Doing good can not only be one of the best recreations but it can also give you good memories. Take for example when you do good parent buy you things you want or take you to places as a showing of appreciation for your hard work, but when you do bad they don't really do anything as a consequence for not doing good leaving you no good memories and no fun.
